WHAT WE PRINT WITH:

  • WB_edited.jpg

    EVERYDAY WATER BASED

Our water based ink sets the standard and delivers soft, breathable prints that are pressed into the fibers of the shirt—not a layer on top. We only use top-tier brands known for their performance, vibrancy, and eco-consciousness.

Water-based ink is more sustainable than plastisol—it's free of PVC and phthalates, cleans up with water instead of harsh chemicals, and creates less waste overall.

    Best for:

    • Light or mid-tone garments

    • Soft hand feel and retail-quality finishes

    • Eco-conscious brands and apparel lines

    DISCHARGE
    WATER BASED

Discharge ink is like screen printing sorcery: it removes the dye from the shirt fabric and replaces it with pigment, leaving behind a super-soft, bright print—especially on dark cotton. We use professional-grade discharge systems for sharp, reliable results.

While it still counts as water-based, discharge requires a little extra finesse takes time to master.

    Best for:

    • Dark-colored 100% cotton tees

    • Bright, opaque prints with no heavy feel

    • Designs that need to pop without sacrificing softness

  • GLOW_edited.jpg

    GLOW

Water Based glow ink offers a soft-hand solution for glow-in-the-dark prints.

    • Glows in the dark

    • Can be printed with Everyday Water Based, or Discharge Ink

    UV_edited.jpg

    UV (Fluorescent)

UV Water Based ink glows bright under black light, and adds vibrancy to colors when mixed with other inks.

    • Glows under black light

    • Can be printed with Everyday or Discharge

    REFLECTIVE

Reflective Ink is made with tiny crystals that reflect light.

    Perfect for safety tees

Shows up bright under headlights and flashlights

PRINT METHODS EXPLAINED

Which method should I use?
That depends on your art. This quick breakdown explains the difference between Spot Color, CMYK, and Simulated Process so you can understand some our print shop jargon.

  • SPOTCOLOR.jpg

The simplest and cleanest print method. Each ink color in your design gets its own screen - no blending or halftones.

Great for: bold logos, flat graphics, solid shapes

Vibe: Clean, crisp graphics, bold effects
Limitations: Visually limited to about 6 solid colors max - no gradients or blends

  • CMYK.jpg

A four-color process using Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black to layer inks and recreate full-color images - just like a standard printer.

Great for: photographic prints, painterly art, light garments
Vibe: full-color on white tees, magazine-style detail
    Limitations:
    works best on light colors

  • SIMPROC.jpg

For detailed, full-color designs on dark shirts, this method splits the image into custom color channels and uses halftones to mimic the look of CMYK.

Great for: complex art, band tees, colorful illustration on dark shirts
Vibe: Band tees, full color on dark
Limitations: Clean lines can sometimes blur into halftones

One of our artists will either create or review your artwork. Sometimes, clients provided artwork will need to be changed in order to print properly.

Your order is inspected to ensure that every garment is up to our high standards.

We can print on thousands of garment choices, or you can browse our curated selections in our Catalog to find the right fit for your brand.

Your garments are run through our state of the art infrared conveyor dryer to ensure a precise cure and a long-lasting print.

We "burn" your image onto a screen coated in photo-sensitive emulsion. Your inks are custom mixed and loaded onto your screen.

Once the print is set up, on our industry-leading automatic press, squeegees pull the ink across the screen, pushing the ink into the fabric, creating your image.
