Our minimum order size for up to 2 colors is 25. For up to 3 colors, the minimum is 50. Past 100, we can print up to 6 colors.
Our typical turnaround time is roughly 10 business days from the date that the invoice is paid, but this will vary with the workload and time of the year. if you need your prints sooner than that, reach out and we will see if we can accommodate you for a rush fee.
Generally, no. There are rare instances when we can print on customer provided garments, but certain conditions have to be met. We get deep discounts on blank garments with our distributors, so if you want the best pricing, it's probably best for us to order them for you.
We always prefer to work with high resolution raster images or vectors. (.PSD or .AI are top tier, but high resolution .JPEG or .PNG is generally fine.)

If your artwork needs color separation or is too low resolution to be print-ready, you may be charged Art Fees. We will always let you know beforehand if that will be necessary and what to expect.
The set up process of screen printing is quite involved, so we do not offer samples of client designs. If you want an example of the type of printing we do, you’re welcome to request a sample tee with this form, or visit us at our Main Street location to feel for yourself.
We always recommend washing with like colors in cold water to preserve the colors, and avoiding bleach. This is especially important for Discharge prints, as washing improperly will fade the pigment of the shirt itself, and therefore, the print.
We use a variety of eco-conscious practices and methods, including:

Printing with PVC and phalate-free water-based inks.

Reclaiming screens with a dip tank first, to reduce water usage.

Reusing test print shirts as cleaning rags to minimize paper waste.

We cure our shirts with the one of, if not the most energy-efficient infrared dryer on the market to reduce our electricity consumption.
Yes, as long as we’re printing the same design, you can switch up the garment size, color, and style and it will all contribute towards hitting the bulk price.
